HOW CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us via the contact form, indicating your order number and the reason for your return. Please note that you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it by registered mail*; after this term, the product will not be accepted for return.

*If the return is made with another form of delivery other than registered mail, the company will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the package.

Due to the Covid19 crisis and for safety reasons, no refunds will be given for personal hygiene products that have been used.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

If you decide to return an order, you must send the product by registered mail and bear the shipping costs.

ATTENTION: For reasons of Covid-19, in order to guarantee the safety of our customers, it will not be possible to return items for personal use that have been used.

We thank you for your understanding and regret the inconvenience caused.

Our customer service team will review your return request and send further instructions if the return is approved. Returned items must be in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals and documentation. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition we sent them to you and in their original packaging. Stains, folded papers, broken stamps or torn plastic sheets will not be accepted. If the condition of the product sent is not acceptable, we reserve the right not to return or replace it. Customized products cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Non-returnable items include items purchased through resellers, incorrect products purchased, and products damaged due to customer mishandling. suavespot.co reserves the right to refuse any return.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE PRODUCT RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?
Contact our customer service via the contact form to start the return process. Please include the following information:

Order number
Proof of purchase
Video or photo of the product to be returned (if applicable)
Full shipping address
Telephone number
In the exceptional event that you receive a product with manufacturing defects,
you will need to justify this with a filmed proof to our customer service partners.

In this case, you can choose from the following options:

a) Redeemable discount coupon
b) Shipment of a new product

 

HOW LONG DOES THIS PROCESS TAKE?
Processing of returns can take up to 14 working days from the day of receipt of the return

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY VOUCHER?
All refunds will be credited with a voucher for the same amount as the order to be returned.

At the end of this process, you will receive an email with the voucher.

The voucher will be valid for 12 months.

 

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
You can change the details of an order or cancel it within 12 hours of purchase. To do this, access our customer service center and create a request by providing the requested data. Select the type of request that is most appropriate to your case, so that our agents can deal with it as quickly as possible.

Please note that after 12 hours our products have already been packed and are ready for dispatch, therefore we will not be able to change the order details.
