How can I buy a product?

Purchasing is so simple that you just need to follow 5 steps:

Choose the desired product from our catalog and the quantity you wish to purchase, then click BUY NOW.
Check that the order is correct and click FINISH ORDER.
Fill in all contact and shipping details and check that your details are correct. At this stage you can enter a Discount Code (if you have one) and click CONTINUE SHIPPING.
Confirm the data and, if there are no errors, click on CONTINUE PAYMENT.
Choose the payment method: credit card (it is necessary to fill in the data) and FINISH THE ORDER.

It’s very simple!


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once you place your order, your order will need 24-48 hours to be processed and then it will be shipped.
Our shipping is free of charge. Shipping times vary between 5 to 10 days, except in extraordinary situations, where the delay may be 2 or 3 days at most.


If I place an order on a Friday, will I receive it on the weekend?

We inform you that for now we work from Monday to Friday, therefore we do not ship on weekends, so it is important that you take the necessary precautions if you need to receive your order between these days, please excuse us.

I made a mistake entering the delivery details, what can I do?

In this case, please try to contact us via our contact form within 12 hours of your purchase and provide us with the correct details.

Please note that after 12 hours our products have already been packed and are ready for dispatch, so we will not be able to change your order details.


Can I cancel or modify an order?

What if I’m not satisfied with what I bought?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, you can contact us by email at [email protected] indicating your order number and the reason for your return. Please note that you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it; after this deadline, the product will not be accepted for return (pursuant to article 44 of Law 7/1996 of 15 January 1996 on the regulation of the retail trade amended by Law 47/2002 of 19 December 2002).

If you decide to return an order, please know that the shipping costs are at your expense.

Our customer service will review the return request and send further instructions if the return is approved. Returned items must be in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals and documentation. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition we sent them to you and in their original packaging. Stains, folded papers, broken stamps or torn plastic sheets will not be accepted. If the condition of the product sent is not acceptable, we reserve the right not to return or replace it. Customized products cannot be refunded or exchanged.


Are the products I purchase covered by warranty?

If any of the products you receive has a manufacturing defect or malfunction, we will replace the product with a new one in good condition free of charge.

We remind you that you have a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to notify us of the non-compliance, and we also inform you that the guarantee does not apply if we believe that the damage is due to improper use of the product.


What if I receive a wrong or damaged product?

Contact our customer service via the contact form to start the return procedure. Please include the following information:

Order number
Proof of purchase
Video or photo of the product to be returned (if applicable)
Full shipping address
Telephone number

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product as proof in order to refund or exchange the product.


How long does it take to process the return?

Processing your return can take up to 14 working days from the day we receive it. We will send you a confirmation email when your return has been processed. For returned items, a full refund will be issued for returned products. For non-defective items, the refund excludes all shipping and handling charges.
